Whiteley Doggie Day 2024

On Saturday 25^th May 2024 we hosted a paw-some doggie activity day.

Inviting customers to try their dogs on the free-agility course, as well as enter several competitions, including ‘Waggiest Tail’ and ‘Trick Master’

5 hours of dog fun and games including: 45 dog rosette winners, treats and mini rosettes for spot prize winners, 100s of attempts at the free play agility course.
With almost continuous queues our caricature artist drew around 48 puppies and captured the paw prints of over 50 doggos.
£780.38 raised for the local Guide Dogs Charity via collection points at caricature artists and buckets by the stalls.
David Wilson Homes provided free coffee at the ‘Big Hand Little Hands’ stall giving away 130 Teas and coffees and 170 Puppiccinos.
The most popular events were Waggiest Tail (12 entries), Loveliest Lady (13 entries) and Cutest Puppy (10 entries). Overall there were 80 entries in the 12 categories.
There was lots of positive visitor feedback including comments: “When will this be on again? Is it on again tomorrow?” and “The kids have absolutely loved today!
